Resistance Band Workout

A really simple resistance band workout, I have added some links below for some good resistance bands that will give you a range of resistance for this workout.

5kg Light Band

15kg Medium Band

25kg Heavy Band

I would count these as light, medium and heavy. The light 5kg band is great for stretching and mobility work too - it’s very multi-purpose.
